1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "alfaqq", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the alfaqq gaming platform operated at https://alfaqq.cam and all associated services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses alfaqq services.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an alfaqq account, you must complete our registration form providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must create a secure password meeting our minimum security requirements. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

alfaqq is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering standards. As part of the KYC process, you will be asked to upload clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and ID number
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your identity card for facial recognition verification

Your account will have limited functionality until KYC verification is successfully completed. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you report a security breach to us.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

alfaqq accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your alfaqq account within 5 minutes during banking hours. Deposits made outside of banking hours may experience delays until the next business day. alfaqq does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must originate from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited as a security measure and for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits from unverified sources may be rejected and returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to meeting all bonus wagering requirements and account verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier status. Standard members can expect withdrawals within 24 hours, while higher VIP tiers receive expedited processing. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted. Different game types may contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.

Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. alfaqq reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any behavior that undermines the spirit of promotional offers. Only one bonus per household is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Responsible Gaming and Age Restrictions

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, alfaqq's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk. alfaqq is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling. We do not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding potential winnings.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Account Closure and Termination

alfaqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. If your account is closed due to breach of terms, we may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
